Asian takes over NBA?

As I’m an Asian, there was a good news comes into recently. Usually when you think about basketball there is a stereotype which is about the race. When you watch basketball you see more African-American player. However, Jeremy Lin who plays for the New York Knicks of NBA has been known as the most famous Asian American NBA player today. His parents emigrated from Taiwan in the 1970s. Lin was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in San Fransisco, California. Since there have been only a few Asian players in the NBA, it is said that Asians cannot play basketball. After his first start, "the media" created the word "Linsanity" which combines Lin and sanity.

Nowadays, we have a lot of choice of the media where you get the information from. YouTube the biggest video sharing website is one of the important media tools in our daily life. In addition to get the information by watching the videos, you can see how people react to those videos and tells you the people’s voice in raw at the comment wall. It might include the racial words in addition to the bunch of admirations for the video of Lin. Here is a clip of Jeremy Lin’s play, and you can see how people react.
